How many of us are familiar with the 16FLSi, the CTBS program?

Not remedial training, CONSTANT TRAINING. Use every call as a training opportunity. Always have the courage to point out and stop unsafe practices. Stop bad things from happening before they happen. The sad part is in most cases, we already knew what could have prevented the LODD. Seatbelts? Driver Training? Poor health? Proper Size Up? All things that are in the reports time and again.
