Interested in being on a TV show starring volunteer firefighters?

Maybe they should checkout vol depts in combination depts like in Maryland. The biggest one would be Kentland in Prince George's County. There are also a few stations in the county that have no career personnel but operate under the county fire service operations

Go for it boys...up here in the north east, we don't need to beat our chests on a "tv show" to do the job (or prove that we can do it.)

You are missing a wonderful opportunity here Seth. How about a show that features a retired fire capain paramedic hazmat wizard who spends some of his retirement time at home with his poodles? Don't you think folks out there would love it? :D

There are plenty of others in PG County that are bigger and busier than Kentland now.

I do agree that PG County would be the most exciting volunteer department to watch though. They are the busiest volley department in the nation and the 10th busiest fire department overall in the nation.
