Nobody has ''I fight what you fear'' sticker?

strtcopr.

If it means that much to you, I'll go out and get one. I'll put it on a probies helmet. ;>
I have a standard "FIREFIGHTER" decal on the front (we wear 660 "Metro" style helmets), the required NFPA reflective rectangles and "Eyes of the Garden City" on the back. They're reflective and remind me to "watch my six" whenever I put it on. I also have the Streamlight Vantage LED light on the brim; it's "Wicked Bright."

We have leather helmet fronts with our unit number. Standard crescents on the side (firefighter, chief, etc.), and our first initial and last name on the back. We also have reflective stripes on the sides. There are not any rules that I am aware of that prohibit other stickers. Lots of us have helmet lights, but that is a matter of choice.
as long as it isn't "Tampax" or "trojan" it shouldn't matter......LOL
There is a member on my department that loss his wife a few years ago and alot of the members where a christian cross with his wife's initials in it to show him support. There are also a few members who wear an IAFF sticker and there are other members who have photos of their families inside their helmets.
yeah but...that IAVFF sticker is way cool.
I have all of the standard equipment, like reflective tet's and the leather front piece. I also have 2 door/sprinkler wedges, a reflective Cross on the back. I've learned to live by "K.I.S.S.", makes my life a heck of a lot easier
I have a shamrock sticker as well as an American flag and a 343 sticker. Under the brim I have a Ryan Hummert dedication sticker for the firefighter that was shot in the line of duty 3 yrs ago.
I'm glad we that we can all have our own opinions here.

"on your helmet's (sic) to show some character" - excuse me? People need stickers and other things on their helmets to show that they have character? Seek help from a psych, you have problems. I know and am happy with who I am, other members know I am, members of other services and the public see me in turnout gear and know what I am. Fancy stickers?

Well, that was my opinion. Now the facts. For us, nothing goes on the helmet except what is mentioned in the SOP's. Making the only optional item a helmet torch. Suits me fine.
911 Memorial Sticker and a sticker of my Island ... Puerto Rico flag in a maltese cross. thats all looking for a rubber band to put my wedge in... and i have a Knife clipped to the frontace.
Dept Sticker on back (scotch-lite) and Irish Cross on top...

Nothing wrong with a little adornment... the sponsorship deal fell thru, so no Hooters decal.
