Just thinking about the things I need to add to the rig in preparation for tonight:

An additional 5g bucket of Zip-Zorb.
Another box of Latex Gloves(Large!)
Probably ought to toss on the second backboard.
Maybe a couple more sets of skull chocks.

Anything else?

Tums or rolaids,
some snacks,
warm hat,
teddy bears (we always have a few on board)
A couple barf bags for those in your department not used to the carnage of an mva?
A baseball bat for the incredibly stupid! (A Mag-lite will also work)
Oldman, I thought those were called behavior modification implements? Flat ax works well.
those are a given for everyday . . . no need to special prep.
Hmmmm...I didn't think about that, maybe a can of Mace!
Just remember to stay up-wind, but that's good too!
That or attention getters, Jack
Pepper spray has a better effect! Maybe you can commandeer some teargas from your local PD :)
extra strength tylenol..... for you

TCSS
On a serious note, some extra sterile 4x4s, maybe an extra trauma dressing or two.
Extra flares for shutting down roads for extended periods. Great for making a point while directing traffic, too. Be prepared in case an idiot parks his/her car on top of one.

An extra roll of duct tape in case someone has to be "secured" onto a backboard. Helps cure mouthiness, too.
