My son and I were talking about all the great ideas that happen while on the pot. I have my own business and it seems I always come up with a new marketing idea or solve some type of issue I'm having.
One thing I noticed overall is that mans greatest ideas and advancments have come after the invention of the flushing toilet.
What great ideas have you had while on the pot?

Ms.Holderby,
..Even when there is no one in the house, no one calls or knocks on the door or has a shoot out or wants to use the phone until I get on!
..As to the glove thing, our corner streets that join, Washingon at East Side, has a lot of accidents and the paramedics always throw their gloves in the ditch or side of the street and the kids come along and pick them up. Sometimes they blow them up like baloons! (They do this with rubbers too.) An elderly woman up the street has a skin disease and puts medication on her hands and wears surgeons gloves. When she's down for the summer she leaves them in the driveway and goes back to Memphis forgetting to put them in the trash. The kids go in the yard to steal apples and pick them up. There have been several kids to get rashes. I've talked to them about not doing such. They had that problem all over New Orleans and in other disasters.
..I noticed most of these firemen sites are basically from up North. Have to get some Southerners on here!
I don't envy you guys your jobs, not even answering the phones. I know it must take a strong constitution to be a paramedic. Well enough for now.
..Take care and keep stocked up on t-paper! (Also, writing paper for writing down those ideas!

Leaving used gloves lying in the gutter is just not on! That needs action by the management of whatever organisation runs ambulances to that area. We wera nitrile gloves to protect us from infesction, so to just leave the dirty gloves for anyone to pick up? Irresponsible.
NIOSH has a standard for Infectious Waste Control. Items such as used med gloves fall into this category. On any call where your gloves become contaminated with blood or bodily fluids they are treated as infectious waste. If you have medics leaving them laying in the street you should bring this to the attention of the authorities. It is a health risk and there are laws pertaining to proper disposal of them.
Guess thats why its called "a guys study room" the "throne room". Lots of good ideas come from there LOL
Well it's Weds night I am at work so I will be using the great invention for a hiding spot tonight.... I will even flush a couple of time thru out the 15 minutes that I am hiding to make them think I'm actually using it for that purpose... Thank god for this invention
20 posts on the porcelain god?? Really?
a friend of mine refers to it as the "porcelain library" to which I reply "MUST you plant that visual seed??!!"
Something different I guess works for me..lol
As embarassing as it sounds the family knows when I have to go because I'm walking around looking for something to read. I've been known to go out and buy a paper just for that purpose.
I always have one stashed in there at work for me ....
The little room is one place I have no desire to sit in and read!
Also, I have written my most romantic love letters there! (Not to mention that I started my 'First Great American Novel' and wrote my best poetry while contemplating there many years ago when I was very young.
