I'm afraid this is no joke, at least not as far as I'm concerned. My god this would serve as the PERFECT video to show at a fire school to show how not to be a firefighter.
The poroblem seems to exist right from the top down, I wouldn't expect command to chastise the firefighter with the nomex skin for not wearing PPE's since he himself is running around dressed in only a radio. However would it be too much to ask him to coordinate the attack so he doesn't have one hoseline operating directly opposite the second driving the fire towards each other.
I can only hope somebody knows who this department is and can get somebody with authority to start them on a training program!

I watched almost 4 minutes of this and had to shut it off.

Video's like this are discouraging. If this video isn't a clearcut case about the differences in Trained and UNtrained departments than nothing is. Can anyone name 1 thing thats right in the video?
