go to ccleaner.com and download ccleaner.exe. Install, uncheck the last box on the yahoo toolbar option during the install, UNLESS you have Yahoo Toolbar, after installing run the program and click ok or yes when prompted if you want the program to clean your computer. There could be a temp file interfering with your FFN activities. Also disable popup block for the FFN site. Also make sure you have flash player and shockwave player from adobe.com installed incase there are embedded player stuff on teh FFN site. Let me know if this helps and how you do. Thanks. MH
