RIT training in Aug in Indy. My Lt and I will be attending. Its a "train the trainer" not sure who the instructor is (Shawn Grass? maybe?) or maybe some IFD guy.

matt rick said it well, training is the hardest thing we have to do in our line of work.realworld is always different than training.

one thing to rember about training is book training and dept. training are different things. its good to take classes and get new ideas and learn more modern ways of doing things. now take that info and incorperate it with the way your dept. does things.

not to ruffle feather or anything but y do some train constantly and others not at all. hard for new guys to fit in when training we take is so different from wat goes on in real situations. hard to tell y we tok classes and if the material covered is right or wrong
