To relax i place a fan directly in front of my face, turn it on high and hold my eyelids wide open till my eyes bleed. Then when Im done with that I throw salt in them for that extra sense of relaxation before i go to bed. HAHA!!!!!!!

Tammy, well, I go out in my back yard and feed my Koi in the pond and watch them for a while. Then I water all my shrubs and plants in the yard. Just being out in the yard is relaxing and settles my soul. Occasionally I will build a small camp fire out in the my back yard too. Jut sitting by the fire and contemplating life is good times.

I enjoy watching sports to relax. If there is no sports on that I like, just watching tv and listening to the scanner.

i have a beer and sit on the porch when the weather is nice or just sit and watch my fish tank when it's not nice

I in joy tending to my horses. and then a good cold long neck. May be a little tv or a good book.

Philly, you mean that you don't watch "The Sound of Music" while sipping a bottled water and while fully clothed for your evening's relaxation?
