I am going in the morning for a PET SCan tumor markers are sky high I hope that it's nothing been doing good for 8 months now since last chemo treatment. It sadens my heart to say we have lost another Brother,Dennis (Denny ) Faw Jr. won his Battle with cancer he went on to be in Heaven pain free and no more worries of where it would show up next.I hope that we could fill his page up with comments he is listed at Deny Faw on here

Well I went into the hospital tuesady nov 4th and had portacath removed and now I start wolfran to thin my blood for a year I hope is all.Looks good to go back to work light duty in jan around the first I hope.Then back on the truck not long after that I hope.Well that is all I have for now.God bless and have a great evenning.

Well I have had another trip to the hospital via ambulance this time.I had four blood clots and two went through the heart and are in each lung.The others are in the vien near the heart and now I am on Lovenox blood thinner shots.I will then meet with a surgen and have the portacath taken out And when that happens I will be in the hospital over night to watch me since on blood thinners.I am going back in the hospital in the morning. Well I am half way thru the chemo and it s getting tiering and side effects are lasting loger I am glad I hae 4 more to go. I can't wait to get this all behind me and get back to work I have joined the www.firefightercancersupport.org group and it has been a learning experience so many getting cancer the same way i had it and others in little different way. Well I have started my chemo drugs once every two weeks.I can't have cold drinks or stick hand in cold water or freezer or fridge.The side effects and worse with the cold I get six bags on monday then a shot of 5FU then they pump me on a pump of 5FU for 48 hours. Then tuesday I get 1 bag of chemo and a shot of 5FU.I have six more treatment like that and i will be done.

Well I am now at home and doing well.I had the entire colon removed and the rectun also.Sucks but I will return back to work and will live my life differently from here on out.Once my wound heal up they will do kemo and radiation on me for 28 treatments.I made driver Feburary 14,2008 and I am looking forward to that new postion.I have 24 years left to get my 30 years of service.Well have a Blessed day!!!!!
