Fresno Firefighter Falls Thru Roof

A firefighter is lucky to be ok. It is reported the firefighter fell thru a roof of a one story residence in Fresno while doing venting operations. The news reporter in the video above actually reports he was still on scene participating in firefighting activities despite falling thru. I question the reasoning for allowing a firefighter to still operate on a scene after falling thru a roof. I hope the reporter got this one wrong.

Real estate agents were shocked to find a home for sale in Anderson, SC loaded with natural gas. Turns out the oven in the home was manipulated to cause a major gas leak. On top of the electric oven sat a burnt rag that didn't totally take.

Harlem Apartment Fire

March 9, 2008

FDNY firefighters went to work on an apartment fire in the Spanish Harlem Section of Manhattan. The fire took place at 101 East 119th Street and Park Avenue. Early reports place the fire on the second floor of a six story occupied multiple dwelling.
