- Why I Joined Fire/EMS
- The medical field has always been something I’ve wanted to do, even growing up as a kid. I enjoy working, and meeting new people.
I wanted to join the EMS field because, I love learning new things.
I want to make a difference in people’s life, and in society. Right now I’m currently working on my State testing for EMS.

Things have been fairly slow at the Dept as usual, but it has picked up a little.
Been learning how to drive the engines and a little on the pumps.
I work for Daisy Mountain Fire Department, just outside of Phoenix, Az. Please let me know if your interested so i can send you one and send you my info. Thanks, STAY SAFE!!
Good news is, we have found another house, and are moving in. The best part is this other house is still in the response area for my Dept, which means I dont have to change.
It is also inside of the Union Twp. limits which means I am now eligible to be on the Rescue Squad I was trying to get on (YAY!).

Things are going well at the department, we just ordered a 2009, 6 man, PUC (Pierce Ultimate Configuration), pumper built on a Contender chassis. It should be done around May-June of '09, cant wait its going to be awesome!
