Top Issues Facing Responders:

Under funding that is causing under staffing. As a society we are more and more depending on the safety services for things like being our primary health care providers. Run volume is up and staffing on rigs is down. Something is going to have to give eventually, unfortunately firefighters will most likely have to pay the price before it is fixed.
