Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined the local fire dept. mainly to help others in the community. I also joined because my grandfather was on the same dept for 20 years before retiring and simply the fact that it was a childhood dream.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I enjoy helping people in the community.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

I believe a huge issue facing responders is the increased amount of training the state is requiring to be a volunteer and finding the time to complete it all with a day job.
