Jeremy, congrats on your decision to join the reserves. Not sure what branch you are looking at but wanted to let you know, as a former Army recruiter, if you are interested in firefighting as a job skill, in the Army it is only offered on the reserve side. If EMS is of interest to you look at 68W, army medic.

Hey Jeremy, I added something else (idea wise) That We did back in the vollies (30 years ago) That You might have access to others who do or have photos , of the guys justday to day stuff around teh firehouse and even outside Much of it depends on what is available to you, (like with my hose beds) to start something and goiing with it .. :) if you do something, ITcan always grow and expand ..Like the wing boards did for me, I also have an old steamer Bell/gong I want to mount in the kitchen as a dinner bell.. and I have MORE that I am working on as well, for the day room area..lol a work in progress.. Over my already 19 years in this house when I retire I will have left a legacy, Not many others have ..Jim

Welcome to the family where the language and reasoning importate the
border is not in our work is to save lives regardless of color, religion or social position, much less. The important thing in our work does not need language to communicate, or borders to help.
