This is a place where we can sit down, put our feet up and chill. Where the Boys and Girls can just be themselves. The Back Room or what most firefighters call a ''day room or rec room'' is the social point of every firehouse.

Good Morning Everyone!

Joyce big hugs right back at ya.

Patti girl - never give up - just email me the cute little bugger :)

Ernie - I been thinking, I wish the smoke detectors back, instead of the bug gift from my roommates... Taught my little hiney a lesson - quite my whining - it can ALWAYS BE WORSE!!!

Jim - ROTFLMAO ROTFLMAO - THANK YOU I NEEDED A GOOD LAUGH THIS MORNING !!!

I hear ya my handicap is little clowns mouth and that bridge - seems that I can not get the ball deep enough in the clown's mouth, dang thing always rolls right back out... right back to where I just hit it from... and that dang bridge... I repeatedly over-shoot and drive that ball right smack over the edge of the bridge into the mini-river below - dang I don't even know my own strength ;-)

and PLAID ... it is NEVER TOO COLD FOR PLAID... so get on that, would ya !!!

For some reason since the upgrade I have not been able to post any pictures. Which is a bummer because this little chicken is to damn cute. It is about 2 inches tall, black (so far) with a hint of tan......

ADD PLAID...

and don't think I did not notice you conveniently skipped telling us how masterful you are in the game... hmmm... suspicious ;-)

Hi everyone...

Heather- Hope your mom recovers well. Also glad to hear that your housemates are not trying to burn your house down as much now.

Patti- So sorry to hear of your injury and hope you get healed up soon!!

Kyle- How have things been going for you? Other than school a few weeks ago, it's been pretty slow here.

The hubs feels very guilty about this as he is the one who insisted on having the guard off. :) It is all good though, I needed to get a new tetanus shot anyways.

Heather I hope your mom has a speedy recovery.

I have been crazy busy with work, and fire department stuff. We have a new rig at our station so we are getting familiar with all the functions and setting it up the way we want it. Fourth of July is around the corner so I have been spending extra hours helping get ready for that.

On a side note, please remember to keep the guard on your bush whacker, if you choose not to then go and get your tetanus shot... I ended up with a piece of rusted wire lodged in my leg (to the bone) and have been fighting infection from it.

Stay safe everyone and I will try to get on more often....
