I was thinking the chair would be helpful to protect you... so you CAN GET ... THAT... OLD....

maybe time to start yoga again...

and still... slow your roll...

I am not that old, just clumsy....  hehehe 

I have a balance issue due to some missing digits on my foot.  I took yoga and it helped to regain some of it but I still have problems.

btw - have you been checked for vertigo... and inner ear issues - those may be increasing your inability to accurately negotiate your world

oh no... I hope nothing major is damaged and you heal quickly...

but SLOW YOUR ROLL.... and use a railing next time...

and perhaps ask your husband to install one of these for you... (after he ups your life insurance)

Yeah I did.  I went down about ten steps hitting nine of them.  My steps are slippery when it rains so I so slow down and watch where I place my feet....  This time I watched as my feet went airborn and I went down....

I think my husband is wanting to up my life insurance.... 

I am a natural born klutz, if there is any possible way that you can hurt yourself I can find the way.  Hubs is still trying to figure out how I smashed my knee with a sledge hammer when what I was hitting was no where near my knee....

Tip of the Day:  SLOW YOUR ROLL !!!

Perhaps you are trying to cram too much into such a small period of time your rush has your off kilter... so slow your roll sister !!!

Hah!  That is what my husband says!  We need to Patti proof the house...  Oh don't make me laugh until I have had drugs....  It hurts....  I am waiting for the hospital to call to set up an MRI.  The doc wants to make sure I did not do any damage with how I landed...
