p.s. mike I think it is great that you gave your other chiefs some down time tonight to spend with their loved ones... since they worked so hard to cover on your time on medical leave... you are great guy...

the minute you raise your voice, cuss, and name call - YOU have already LOST the fight

sister I love you dearly and do not want anything to happen to you over the long-term for a short-term problem... you can come vent to us... but be strategic and hold your tongue with those in your world who hold power over your future...

I know it is not easy... I think I already gave you my personal email if you ever want to talk... I (we all do) constantly deal with jackholes and constantly have to find other ways to deal with them - without killing them... this is a skill you are going to need to develop - so we don't have to come up with bail money for you...
