Heather the second one is too gaudy, could bring on seizures......first one is cute, but too chilly, we'd have to be doing more snugglin to keep warm, and wouldnt get any work done.

Chief, I read the blog you were talking about. Down here all members run lights and sirens. Prior to getting their "code 3" priviledges they have to become Kentucky certified, go through driving class and get the Chief's authorization.

The department I'm on now does not furnish any of the lights or siren to the members, everyone buys their own stuff. There are very little issues down here with volunteer dept members running lights and siren.

I dont mind a good wresting match once in a while, but back to back? this is ridiculous. OD's and drunks fighting.... I have a few bruises in places that shouldnt be bruised, for pete's sake...enough is enough....
