I have a 2 1/2 hour commute to work so I see ppl talking away on their phones and it irratates me . I saw one car that had 3 ppl throwing cigarettes out of . I just shook my head , freaking ppl man ....

Also - EXIT the freeway - to make calls. Here the breakdown lanes are busy too - and not really safe - since the fire trucks, etc. etc. use them alot.... and people trying to avoid rear-end incidents swerve alot into the breakdown lanes. They should be kept just for breaking down.

Offense - means HOLDING the phone while DRIVING

none of this bs - I was looking at the clock

and the same rule with teens TALKING - even on speaker phone .... NO NO NO - phone in the trunk.

If you have an emergency PULL THE HELL OVER and shut the car off - and in a true emergency you can even climb into the trunk through the back seat - SO NO EXCUSE !!!

Another great parenting rule I heard:

1st texting offense - lose phone for 1 month
2nd offense - lose the phone for 6 months
