yeah jim me too :)  don't really know how GOOD I FEEL... until I don't... then I miss how GOOD ... I USE TO FEEL.... hee hee... leaves no room for daily aches and pains, etc. because those don't even compare... lol

oh mine has been the nasty stomach virus for the last 6 days... today is the 1st day I can drive again safely... was so dizzy... despite flooding with fluids

I saw you instant messaged me... i have no idea where that is or how it works on here - you seem to have found it... sorry I often am logged in and am no where near my computer - since my computer sucks at loading pages - it is often easier to leave them loaded - lololol... so sorry Chris I missed you... and anyone else trying to chat with me via IM

oh no Chris - make sure that wife forces lots of fluids in you - even if they come back up - you need to stay hydrated...

Home sick today...feel like hell

Wife took cat to the vet...he has crystals in his bladder, now has special food ,water for life.
