The Backroom Crew

This is a place where we can sit down, put our feet up and chill. Where the Boys and Girls can just be themselves. The Back Room or what most firefighters call a ''day room or rec room'' is the social point of every firehouse.

no reflection on eveyone's morning stories - which I love to hear - and unravel... dang tom, busy in your town - but since it is 3:30 AM at my house - and I am trying to resume normal sleeping patterns - it must be time for me to end my vampire antics and switch seats...

yes - therapists REALLY do nap on their sofas in their offices

I always make sure I have the nicest most comfy sofa :-) [leather is nice] but then again - my boss always knows I am nicer after a nap - so I am always encouraged to "go sleep it off" LOLOL

Good Morning Everyone,

Coffee & Hot Chocolate is ready along with some sliced country ham, bacon, and some good ol' biscuits & gravy.

Busy Saturday running on 8 calls over 13 hours. Started off the day around 8am with a structure fire, residential with 7 occupants (all got out ok), followed up by a multiple structure call with a neighboring dept. This call was 2 garage/barns that contained multiple race & antique cars along with jet fuel, paint, acetylene with no hydrants. Then followed up by several grass/woods fires and a vehicle fire that was out on arrival.

Had some real good practice with water shuttle operations utlizing multiple dump tanks and tankers.

Tyler what type of things are you studying?

Looks like Ralph must have had a call - he exited suddenly.
