Thanks Tom - that is what every girl really needs... someone who is there during tough times...

Alright delirium is setting back in - makes me wonder why people keep saying I over-do-it... must be I am related to FW... and Chief Mike... LOL... Anyway, I got some drugs and sun and hot food in my belly - so I am climbing back under my rock.

And in lieu of the gym tonight - I choose breathing and consciousness... so Tom I will work on my flexibility and stamina with you at home...

Kevin - a special thank you to you for all of the water and gas you have been sending my way - been using a lot. And it looks like you got another raise ;-) gas prices ar sky rocketing - some stations here are over $5.00 a gal for 87%

My house is set at sweat box temperatures - and endless hot steamy showers - and I am drowning in tea... any more tea and I will be in Boston harbor. Gonna sweat this out of me...
