oh yeah yeah - I think that is the county that butts up against Vermont - so probably Northern VT is flooded too. OOOO I better call home...

And if my vague memory serves me Fort Ty, Saranac Lake and Lake Placid ? I haven't been there in 20 years, but I think all of those are in Essex Cty.
