oh yeah and super complicated calls... and record setting days...

such as 7 calls at one time...

or the day we had 7 auto accidents at one intersection in one day...

or the night we had 3 working (soon to be fully involved) house fires at the same time (yes, we successfully burned all three {mostly} down, despite our best efforts)... Thank God no one got hurt - all residents saved

it is true - i don't remember my first calls... but I remember each house fire death, and a few auto accident deaths, and a few other ickee deaths or calls... all the calls in which my friends were the patients... and then calls in which I made mistakes... or someone else made significant mistakes...

another good thing to do is start a journal or scrap book - to record events and things you learned each time
