Morning everyone! I spent my birthday between shoveling mulch and removing slivers from my eyes... Someone should have not me to not stand downwind... hehehe Otherwise it was a really great day. Thanks Kevin for the sun, it was a great present.

yes, it broke my heart when I found out that he had died... so sad

in my neighboring county here - Riverside County, CA - more than 90% of foster kids who get dumped out of the system at at 18, either end up in jail or dead within the first year

SO SAD !!!

another boy that lived with me when he was 8 - who was labeled a sociopath (but wasn't really, after he lived with me - since he just needed close constant love, patience and supervision) - i just saw a picture of him this past week - he is now age 17, and is still out of a pysch hospital and juvenile jail - which I NEVER would have put money on...

So I feel like I HELPED with change his life... since before he lived with me, he lived for 2 1/2 years in a psych hospital...

now he is normal high school, and lives in the community - unfortunately still in foster care, but at least alive, out of jail, and out of the pysch hospital

he had a birth-age 8 life that you see on horror movies - unfreaking believable in real-life it was so bad...
