Hi folks.I haven't been on here in ages.Hope everyone is doing alright.I see Bill and the Chief and Kyle have all dropped in too.Good to know they are still active in this crazy business.been a crazy last 3-4 months but it looks like things are coming back around to normal(whatever that may be).
Missing my Arctic Cat!Finally have some snow to ride.Might have to get another one one of these days.

Same here. Laid off from work right now...construction.
Fd has me busy doing odd jobs plus day to day stuff even though we are 100% volunteer. Had a good fire a couple weeks ago. Our one LT had command for the first time and he did an awesome job. I'm sure my day is coming.
All in all things are great sending my helmet for a repaint going from black to yellow (LT color)

Freaking cold here too! As I sit here its 20 degrees outside dont know about the windchill. Yes Heather I made LT. Ran my first scene 2 wks ago (1 car roll over pt self extricated prior to arrival) BABY STEPS! Scares the bejeezus out of me that I can have command at a fire. We started having officers weekend thiis yr. This last weekend we were busy for us 4 calls between 4-11am sat. and 4 calls on sunday staring at 5am.
My son joined the dept back in Oct. as a jr. So proud of him besides that just living the dream. Oh I almost forgot I bought a pair of Fire Dex leather bunker boots. Best money I ever spent.
