I live far enough inland central NY that it looks to just miss us might get some wind and rain , but the weather experts are not sure yet go figure lol

Thanks for the coffee Bill! Well, I just checked the latest storm track for Irene and she's making a run directly at Connecticut! Spent some time last with the crew going through the engine and making sure our UTV is ready. The latest track has it hitting right up the I-91 corridor which is the center of the state and puts my town right smack dab in it's path!

OK, Kyle - getting DETAILS from you is like pulling teeth...

So thank you for the valient start.... "I learned how to use a SCBA, conduct a search, and sound a floor."

Now I want to know EXACTLY step-by-step what you learned...

btw - sounding the floor - is a lost art that many FFs FAIL TO DO - resulting in FFs failing through floors (roofs)... so learn it and practice it... and DON'T LET IT BE A LOST ART !!! So important !!!

So I WANT DETAILS !!! EVERY THING YOU LEARNED - EVERY LITTLE PART - I WANT TO KNOW IT ALL !!! Come on, throw a girl a bone...
