Been a bit busy trying to find a job before my unemployment runs out. Duty officer this week which started off with the three calls last night. Hopefully the pager and phone stay silent the rest of the week.

Howdy gang.

Happy Bday to Tom.Hope it was a good one!(I'll be catchin back up with ya next week.This gettin older stuff isn't all its cracked up to be.)

Another busy day here in PA.Mostly admin. stuff(re:pain in the backside stuff that has to be done).Getting ready to send in another grant too.And get stuff lined up for fire prevention week.

And freeze peppers and make some more tomato juice.Need 26 hrs. in a day.Actually I need a vacation.

rotflmao ... exactly...

 

and I must say the shotgun made me quickly retreat... I happen to not have a radio with me at that time... SO TO SUPPORT HIS GOALS.... I was stealthy enough to get the man to "send" all of his children (3 of them, elementary school-age) to their neighbors house (through the woods and out of sight from the house and us) to "call 911" FOR HIM and tell THEM "my daddy does not want the fire dept to come to his house fire, and he stopped a FF in his yard with his gun... so he is serious !!!"

 

The man thought that was a good idea - LOLOLOL - and sent his kids toddling off... and they did as they were told... and  :D low and behold the police showed up 12 minutes later ....  and the FD staged a few blocks away...

 

oops.... did I do that : )

 

and the police were awesome, two male officers took the stance of women are crazy - let us tell you about our EX-WIVES... LOLOLOL....... most of it was made up.... so the man felt HEARD.... aaaawwwwhhhhh..... before getting arrested for threatening to harm a FF and kill his wife, etc. !!!

 

He swore he was not trying to kill her, just get her to "behave proper" LOLOLOL....
