Chris W.- Been pretty good here. How have you been? 

 

Sarah- Hope that you are able to acquire properly fitting gear.  Would be nice if Izzy popped in more regularly, I think she would be a great source of information on that particular issue.

 

Heather-  I think the FD here tried to break some of us of our anti-morning mentalities...LOL!  They had us come up on Friday night, from 2130-2330, for the full-time FF's recertifications in the ARFF truck (although, we did get to ride with...that was pretty awesome!!!) and then had us come up at 0730 Saturday for our classroom and hands-on training.

 

Kyle- Yes, do tell!!!  How have you been?

Chris W. come on over and crawl on in any morning... we can fend off morning together...  POO POO on morning people : -)~

 

Sarah - I had 2 pairs of EXTRA SMALL - and they were still too big on me... girls hands and all -  maybe they make GIRL gloves now... or at least girl glove sizes... And MAKE THE DEPT buy you two pairs, since if you lose one, you can not just trade them other for another (MAN SIZE) pair from the dept... the width is too wide, the palm is too large, the cuff is not tight on my lady wrist, and the fingers are just long long long....  Jim is RIGHT :)  the dept is REQUIRED to outfit ALL of you properly !!!  Gloves that are too big will get you or someone else injured !!!  P>S>  I had the same problem with boots - so in case you have that problem too...  GET GIRL BOOTS !

 

Chris M.  are you implying the wife WON'T LIKE ... LADY HEATHER... that is just WRONG WRONG WRONG... clearly you have not been telling her ENOUGH naughty stuff about me... please start clearing that up immediately !!!

 

Kyle - JOB ?   Do tell !!!

 

Chris W.... hmmmmm.... you know your wife and I would have a few good chats... and I would teach her a thing or two about how to whip your naughty hiney into shape..... uhm... I mean teach her how to be the perfect wife and meet all of your needs : )  [with total disregard for her internal (& external) demons... if ya know what I mean...

We use the Shelby dark blue gloves...cant remember the name. They are gore-tex lined. They're warm and dry. I think the come in xs,s,m,l,xl and cadet size.

Heather I would say the invite is open...just not sure about the wife. I think you would like it here its laid back. No gangs ect.

Well I cant wait the steelhead (trout)  are starting to run and archery season is just around the corner.

Hey all! I need some advice on structure gloves (I am buying my own, I cant fit in any of ours and the pair I have now I cant even put on)

Gotta drag my little tail out of my house and go teach a class on conflict resolution : )    when really I want to cuddle with my pillow for a few more hours...  did... I mention... me and mornings are NOT friends...

 

Hope all of you are well...   And Chris... thanks for the invite to your house... let your wife know I am coming... and I promise not to bring my guns...
