The Backroom Crew

This is a place where we can sit down, put our feet up and chill. Where the Boys and Girls can just be themselves. The Back Room or what most firefighters call a ''day room or rec room'' is the social point of every firehouse.

Good morning everyone coffee is good no matter who made it. Justin sometimes doing a good thing isn't the same as doing the "textbook" correct thing. Every place is different and while you did the right thing in my book, that particular captain thinks that you "impinged on his territory". I don't get that thinking but it happens a lot just know that you did the right thing and move on. That's really all you can do.

Matt - 7 scups wow that is going to be strong, although your making fire house coffee so that does sound about right.

night everyone. been a long night. i run out to the gas station up the road and on the way home i see these ppl in the roadway. i slow down to see a female laying facedown on the shoulder. even thought im out og my district i stop, hit my lights and call it in. i start pt care and turn it over to the medics when they get there. well after i get done talking to the trooper, the dept whos area i was in's capt (hes a real whacker, always worried about pov lights and has no real experiance under his belt) starts b@#ching me out for "freelancing and jumping calls" can you belive that. i only stoped because no one was on scene and no one had even called 911..... got to love people and there egos
