It's sad when you are bored and looking for a Halloween costume even though you are not even invited to anything. Sigh .... well to make some excitment this morning what do you guys think I should be?

Heather - Sorry about all your crazy family. I think we all have family that are crazy I know I have cousins in Cali that are take crazy and nuts to a whole new level there mom died last year and there biggest concern was who was going to get more money now that she was gone. Not to mention they wife swipe constantly (yuck)!


Chris - Its all about the moderation eat what you like just don't over do it. If water gets boaring for you try some tea either iced or hot. I live on tea most days.

Eric - Hope you got a good nights sleep.

my family breeds crazy... they seem to multiply... if you can believe it - I am the normal one - hee hee - and we all see how I've turned out...

I've been doing good today.On my 4th bottle of water so far.Gotta do something,starting to put on a little weight.
Don't know about the salad.Sounds good but I think I'm making a taco/salsa dip for supper.I can feel my ateries clogging up just thinking about it.Just gonna have to eat in moderation.
I think everybody has a crazy relative.Some are just worse than others.
Today started out nutty and just keeps right on flowin that way.I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to actually reach through the phone lins and choke a couple of people.I may figure out a way against all laws of physics by the end of the day.
Eric-Hope you get some rest.Those long hours are no fun.

tar on the bottom of my stomach - yuk

my father once illustrated for me that if you put a dirty penny in a cola for a day, the cola will make the penny shiny again - with no buffing - just the cola eats the tarnish off the penny

i did not fall off the soda wagon last night :-)) and I even ate salad for dinner :-)) I hope this not only keeps my healthy - but also gets my butt in heaven ;-)

AND I had to call the police last night and send them to my grandma's house - since my grandfather died recently and my crazy aunt has been financially and emotionally raping my grandmother... APS already chased my aunt physically out of town, but legally and financially she is still attacking my 86 yr old sick grandmother (who says she does not want to stir up any trouble, so she won't sue my aunt). SO I got pissed and called the authorities - hopefully the State's attorney will go after my aunt. I know that sounds sad - but the chick is a sociopath!!!
