yes, it is true - i am good at housework... i make a good soccer mom...

[when i was a teenager my father would pay me a quarter for each button shirt of his that I would iron]... and are you sure you don't have a single brother that is all trained up who needs a hot, smart and funny woman - because I am free ;-)

Maintenance came in and gave me a new bar. Ain't the prettiest or the biggest but it doesn't move. So that is good. Update the one bruise is a lot bigger, definately a shiner and the divot is slowly making progress give or take.

How is everyone doing? And congrats to all. :)

Good Job Chris on the grant paperwork... I just used my Goddess Powers and summoned the Fire Grant Gods to give you all that you ask for and more ;-)

"tying up loose ends" very S & M ... but I digress... those whips and chains keep coming to mind :)

if the old landlord still bugs you - report him now to the local fire inspector and get them to go inspect his current dwellings - to keep other young kids safe.. there are rental housing laws... as you know !!!

If they don't fix it,fix it yourself and send them the bill.Didn't have the pleasure of a dorm room when I went.Had a firetrap,rathole,dumpy little apartment off campus.Wonder the place didn't burn down.We started fixing stuff ourselves because the landlord was a worthless f#$* who wouldn't spend a dime.The only good thing was that he finally took some dough off the rent because of our own repairs.That was a few(ahem)years ago and it still burns me.
On a brighter note got the PA state grant paperwork submitted today for the VFD.Playing the waiting game now.
Busy couple of days coming up.Having a raffle at the FD on Sat. and trying to get tix turned in and finish tying up some loose ends.Hope it goes good.If by some chance of fate the fire grant Gods are looking out for us and we get another AFG grant we are going to need a significant amount of capital for the match this time.

Thought I'd share this with you all......it was a very hard road, but it was a success!!!!!

Well it's finally over....the 2 New Fire Stations are done. The link below had it televised in the news. It was a success and I'm proud of the team that made it happen. Our Fire Department R.O.C.K.S.!!!!!! More power to them.

Well I just put in a request for "fix my home" and they should come by sometime tomorrow to try and fix it. On top of that I will be in my room most of the day tomorrow so I can explain.

Sister - tell the Head RA. AND DEMAND THAT THEY DO SOMETHING NOW !!! Go around and above your current RA if they are useless.

The school LEGALLY MUST PROVIDE YOU A SAFE PLACE TO SLEEP...
