Coffee and Hot Choclate is ready on this Monday morning. Sendin' over big high five to Chris, welcome back! Glad to hear no one got hurt in the tanker incident. We discovered a significant crack in our quint's frame a couple of months back. In the process of getting it to E-One to refurb.

Hey folks.Have no idea whats going on here.
Been a busy,nutty,few weeks.Fundraising(the necessary evil)is taking up a LOT of time.The vollytic season is upon us but it doesn't seem quite as bad this year.
MAJOR mechanical breakdown at a fire this week.I was engineering and didn't see it until after the fact.Our tanker was coming in on a structure fire and the U-bolts holding the rear axle broke on it.Caused the axle to rotate down,breaking the yoke and causing the driveshaft to come out.Nobody got hurt,the truck just came to an immediate halt.Looks like its going to cost more than the truck is worth to get it fixed.
If you live in an area that gets winter weather you might want to check the underside of your vehicles.Salt and calcium eat them right up.
As for soda,I've been trying to slow down and stop.I did rally good for a while but lately,ah,not too good.

3 weeks on the soda wagon... and friday night I fell off - damn pizza association with soda : ( climbed back on the wagon Saturday morning... lets see if I can make it another 3 weeks... evil soda evil !!!
