Hi Everyone. My computer has been having a series of massive coronaries - so it has been restricting my FFN time - since it seems FFN adds stress to my computer... ding ding overload / overheat...

Chief Mike - glad to hear your kid is being a good neighbor and caring for his friend - and feeding him off his own plate - GOOD JOB - that is hard core care for another human. btw schools have free or cheap lunch for low-income families, the friend may qualify for free hot school lunch too... just a thought...

Yes, Tom. It sucks that I quit my job recently, but it had to be done - legal and ethical problems with my boss which I could no longer tolerate - puts my licenses in danger and the lives and health of others. So yes, I have been scurrying around trying to find a new job - I have a few good options, but it just takes time. And ideally people would have a new job lined up before they quite their old one. BUT I have peace of mind about quitting. I would rather be more poor and happy, than more rich and miserable.

Ralph - glad you are working hard and having fun... as my mother would say "keeps you off the streets and out of jail!"

Evening all. Was a cold, wet, soggy day at the football game today working squad. End up losing to Michigan. oh well. Got back took a shower ate a snackish. Now waiting till 7:45 when I need to leave to go meet people to leave for Indianoplis to go to a rock climbing lock in. Yeah....

Evening All, hope everyone has had a good day. Just finished up a day of teaching and ready for some down time now. Has been quiet so far but that usually means an interesting night.

Howdy folks.Think the computer issues might be resolved.Spending a little quiet time at home with kiddo watching cartoons while the wife is out for the day.
Fell off the water wagon but am back on again.Trying hard to make my end of Nov. goal but it isn't looking good right now.Keep trying though.
Really dry here.Somebody somewhere around here is going to be burning leaves today.Brushtruck is gassed and ready to go.Hope the crew is too.
