So I go to school in my town - not really a safer place unless I move hours away.

 

I do live in San Bernardino County which does have the highest crime rate per capita than any other county in the USA, even higher than Los Angeles County  : (   however, my town, Loma Linda (inside San Bernardino County) has one of the lowest crime rates in the State :)

 

and this is the first time in 8 years I have heard gun shots...

 

BUT YOUR POINT IS HIGHLY VALID !

I am back up and running. Little bout of food poisoning over T-Day...

...TOO MUCH EXCITEMENT IN MY TOWN last night.... middle of night semi-automatic handgun shots in my back yard area (neighorborhood apt. complex)...   not my idea of a peaceful nights sleep...  I must never forget I live next to of gang central :(

We have a torch light parade tomorrow night that I'm missing because of coaching but I'll try to get some pics of the engine posted during the work detail as we get her all lit up!
