Wow Heather you sure do make me feel loved and missed.  I go back to the doctor on Friday for my eyes.  They are getting worse so need to figure out what the next step is. 

 

Oh and Heather you need to go visit Kevin, he has been a very very bad firefighter.

I just had jury duty - got dismissed early since part of my caregiving workload (in normal life) is currently caring for juvenile witnesses to a pending murder trial. Apparently, the court felt that was more important than me sitting on a jury for another case. I agree!

Jim you are sooooo soooo very right - it is very very very important that firefighters remember the heavy impact that the fire service has personally on all of us. It is more than a job, it is a core part of our lives and our souls and we must practice self-care... and care of each other!!!
