It's ok I understand and know how it goes, getting ready for my 24hr shift tomorrow and I'm on call so we will see how that goes.

Thanks had a lot going on trying to get daughter back into college and the like. Yes we are, I have been married to him for almost 22 years, amazing we both haven't killed each other by now, just kidding.

Kevin - the bull - REALLY ??? You asked for that one buddy !!! But 9 K - that is a bit steep for a lesson in middle-age!!! Hope you are feeling better... and smart move teaching the younger ones to wreck havoc with their bodies !!!

Well, hugs from Heather will cure what ails ya !!!

And I'll take wisdom and age over young guns any day - plus I think men before 40 are just cute - and after 40 is when they truly become handsome - THUS YOU ARE IN GOOD COMPANY !!! [think Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery, and now Smokin' HOT - YOU - George Laiacona III]

Aches - a mix of ibuprophen and acetaminophen every morning helps + a multivitamin. I have personally found also for fatigue - taking 1200-1500 mg of Vitamin E every morning dramatically reduces my fatigue throughout the day. Some people like that Chrondrotin stuff (or however you spell it) for joint pain.

Watching the games between runs. Though I should be reading my books for class.
Heather B: - I've been busy with classes. Nailed down FF2, and A&P to get ready for paramedic classes. That, plus working extra to get a buck or two. I expect to be busy with class for the next year, but I'll check in from time to time.
