Kevin - go into the main discussion pages and search "Migraines" Chris Weber had a good discussion there about migraines - but it was also about self-care. I posted a bunch of stuff there too you might find useful to incorporate.

My fingers go too fast for me sometimes...Twins...now is what it should have said.

Getting ready to do some bowling for American Cancer society, maybe that's why I'm rushing around like a chicken with it's head cut off.

Oh it's going to drive him nut's that I did, but it keeps him young and feeling sassy so whatever works. We have twin 19yrs girl/boy, know that will make you feel old in a hurry.

Yes - play hard... or go home... sounds better than pushing towards a death goal...

same advise I gave George - see below... add some supplements - it helps take the edge off...

and workout - outside of the FD - stretch, etc. - swimming is really good for joint strength and healine - if you can find a warm or indoor pool... be strong... but mostly BE SAFE !!!

Kevin - I hear ya... Play hard... Die Young !!! No sense walking into heaven with a perfectly good body... instead you want to slide into heaven all beat up and mangled saying DAMN THAT WAS A GOOD LIFE !!!

JorDona - SWEET George's wife !!! AWESOME !!! George you have been holding out on us not spilling your guts about your SMOKIN HOT wife !!! Welcome JorDona - now we can get the real truth about George... which apparently starts with having a very patient and supportive wife which helps him keep up with the young bucks. So Jor Dona - you got to tell us about your world too! Busy parenting sounds like. Way to go !!! That is a tough job!!! Well jump on in - we can be a crazy bunch - but we are fun and can be very supportive !!!

Chief Mike is our fearless leader... The rest of us just wander through to blow off steam and find out what the heck is going on in the rest of the world. Take note above of good words and bad words in this room.

And being married for 22 years - I bow at your feet - that is AMAZING !!!
