Recently I presented a program to a large fire department entitled "Ethical Leadership Training." It seems the fire service is slow to respond to the ethical standards that are normal in other organizations. The firefighters of this organization was harrassing a newbee so much he file a hostile work environment complaint. We have to grow up and stop acting the way we use to within the fire station.

Had training today with another station.
