Patti: Unfortunately the way our Policies are written theres not much we can do , our legal team even told us theres not much we can do either :(

Patti: Yes he still has his job , he will untill he pulls another stupid stunt like that , if one of my guys calls out due to weather we cant do anything but consider it an unexcused absence unfortunately and give them a warning but ya know what that was a foot in the grave for him
