Does anyone have ideas to share on what kind of makeshift weights you use when you do workouts simulating the CPAT? ex: weights for the stair climb, hose drag, rescue, etc.

I have attached a file here that is a basic workout for candidate testing. I have adapted much of it into my workouts while training for a Firefighter Challenge this coming May. There is stretching, weights and training with no weights. Hope you can retrieve the file and hope it works for you.
