A coworker introduced me to this. I have a horrible cold right now, so am taking a little break, but hoping to get started on these workouts tomorrow along with my tri training (and no weights). Functional fitness, functional movements and no large Oylmpic movements. I love the Olympic and Power lifts, but they can be hard on the body when not done correctly or with too much weight (I try to avoid both... lol)!
