to add: Fire photography site links http://ifpaweb.ning.com/, http://firephotonetwork.ning.com/, are two I use the most. Free to join, and depending on how you have security set, people can visit and see your photos. Even if you don't use the sites, it can give you ideas on how to document your own photos.

The ning network has several fire photography related sites that allow for pictures and a fairly large description area. www.ning.com and sign in with your current firefighter nation login. A search for fire photography will pull up several sites, including the IFPA site, where you can find shots of fires with very detailed descriptions of the events.

A combination of a free photo hosting site (flickr, photobucket, etc) and a blog (blogger, wordpress) may work. You can post and then embed a few shots in the post and have a link to more of the photos.
Good luck!

A blog at blog spot is free but has limited storage potential. Photobucket.com has free accounts but it has limited abilities for any text or stories.

A few photos from WTES in 2009. Photos reviewed for content. Also posted in Fire Photography and Fire Station Photographers groups. Enjoy.

Photography, Communications, Public Safety have always been my passion, being able to put them all together is just amazing! I'm looking forward to sharing my photos, thoughts and experiences. I'm more importantly looking to learn, and hear from others.
