Does anyone have great recipes for making some really good chicken or even some ribs. Or maybe some kind of combo with both

I love to cook and found that those who cook don't have to do the dishes at the firehouse. I was fortunate that my Dad taught my Mom to cook and paassed it down. I was interested to see what shifts are paying per day for meals and what it cost per meal. Lesson learned the hard way never send the young rookie for food. Our guy came in to shift at the last minuete and had shopped at 7/11. Ya lesson learned the hard way.

Chilli recipes will interest me. Our dept goes to the chili cook-off every year now. Would love to learn new recipes or different ideas to try.

Hi, all. Since my dept is a combo dept, it is usually only myself and my partner on duty, and thus only two of us eating. I tend to cook healthy- most of the time- and will share one of my best chicken recipes soon. It's always a hit, whether for just two, or can be multiplied over and over for a whole full-time shift!
