Hey whats going on everyone i was in need of some help here. I was looking to see if anyone had some cream cheese ideas. maybe some type of wrap or even as a stuffing. Thank you for you help.

I just added a recipe for curried lamb stew,its in the 'good hot recipes' forum. I hope you like it because I am not a 'cook' as such,just a firefighter who can cook a bit!.

I love cooking, do to a hip operation I didnt cook at the firehouse this year, put just tried out on my family a new five cheese Mac & Cheese. Mild Sharpe/Extra Sharpe/American White/Mozz./Chedder and some salt and pepper can of milk and a cup of hole milk.

Ok if your looking for a cook book for the old fire house you might have to check out Rocker Ted Nugents new one ( Kill it ,and Grill it ) A lot of stuff I never made at the fire house but might have run over a few. I also was at the book signing by Rachel Ray. Great new book and a wonderful person who took time with the crowd. She was as fun in person as she is on Food network. I like her books as they are meals made in thirty min. Have a safe week and a great Christmas
