It is with great emotion and feelings that I write to respond to this. My wife suffers from cancer of the lymphatic system is in remission according to the Medical confirmation. It's been very painful for everyone. But we have to wait for better days and believe in the miracle of science these days. WE MUST BELIEVE

Thank you, Juliette! I lost my mother to cancer two years ago. I have a few friends who are survivors ... all of whom are inspirations! Awareness is what it is all about!! Keep the word going and the victories coming!!

I don't have a pink shirt but I do have a pink pin from the Cancer Socitity. I have a friend in Ohio who is a FF and he is now in remission. He is back at work now.

Thank you for sharing and spreading awareness!! I am a vounteer firefighter and also am a 3 year breast cancer survivor. Not a day goes by that I don't think about all the women and men who have, are and will face this battle. Awareness and early detection is everything!

Great idea Chief. My father, who was a firefighter in our department for nearly 40 years died of lung cancer.
