Good morning! How are we faithing this fine Monday? I read the scriptures and the prophecies and then look at the news, man, things are unfolding. Timeline? When? No one can give that to us but we can see as the events align with scripture. The middle east has always been a hot bed of activity and scripture has played out . We have the opportunity to have 20-20 hindsight and see where prophecy happened as foretold in thew scriptures so it stand stands reason it will continue to happen as scripture says. Do we need to worry? No but concern is OK and normal. What is the difference? Scripture tells us that worry adds not one second to our life. All worry will do is give us a headache and wrinkles. Of course your child in the hospital is a cause for concern but worry wont help them, prayer will. Worry about where our country is headed doesn't help but petitioning our congress may. It is wise to prepare for things, worrying that they may happen is not. It is prudent to be aware of where we live even though we are in this world but not of it as believers in Christ. Our comfort and ease of living is not where we need to focus our energy but more God's message of salvation and grace. Why would we judge from our eyes and ears when we know the spiritual realm is where the real battle is happening? I don't know the history of that homeless person and neither do you and even if you do, so what? Pray anyways. Help where and when you can anyways. Be compassionate anyways. We all can in an instant be where they are so I advise us all to follow scripture and Jesus' example of love for our fellow human being and pray they find salvation in Jesus just like you and I did. Stop worrying and start praying.
Mat 6:27
And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit unto the measure of his life?
Php 4:6
In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
1Pe 5:6-7
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your anxiety upon him, because he careth for you.
Good morning! How are we faithing? There's a lot of realizations when we contemplate our age. I am watching many kids grow up and I see things they are facing, fixin to face and because I have been through it I can foresee things they need to learn on their own. I also listen to the older folk talk and try to glean as much as I can but I am aware that I may not be able to get them because just like the kids, I need to go through things. The important thing is to remember just because of age we still need to come to Jesus and to seek the correct path and even when something is different or seems out there, we don't have a lock on knowledge or the answers to everything. If you fail to come before Ye'shua humble and sincerely seeking truth, you may and are prone to staying in the junk you're in.
Psa 71:18
Yea, even when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not, Until I have declared thy strength unto the next generation, Thy might to every one that is to come.
Psa 8:2
Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou established strength, Because of thine adversaries, That thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
Great morning! How are we faithing? A pile of things on my mind today. A bunch of studying in prophecy books in the bible and questions brought on by the discovery of oil off the coast of Tel-Aviv. We really are watching things unfold that is talked about in the Bible. I cant possibly get into all that is in the prophetic books in this forum because the subject is huge and I ain't as smart as some people are that do study and write about these things all the time. Do your own research if this intrigues you. We as believers have to be diligent in our study of the Word or we can be led astray. There are an awful lot of people pointing fingers at sinners instead of sin, and man, that will flip right into being judgmental and guess what? You nor I are the judges of sinners. We do however must speak out about sin but in love because Jesus told us to be a loving lot and not that condescending hypocritical finger pointers. Think about how you criticize and point out splinters in others eyes while you yourself sport 2x4's in your own.
1Ti 6:10-11
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil: which some reaching after have been led astray from the faith, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
Remember Robbie G...remember Greg Westy...Daylin Pritchard...Richard and Loraine...
Heavenly Father,
We do come before you humbly asking for forgiveness for our sins. Lord, we do not want to be judgmental but reflections of your love. Grant us compassion for our fellow man. Help us see our own faults and help and not condemn those struggling with the same stuff...in Jesus name, amen
Good morning! How are we faithing? You know, we wrestle with things daily that seem so huge but in 6 months they are forgotten. Were they actually huge or not? Were they blips on the radar of our life and because we looked at it, fondled it instead of looking to Jesus they momentarily were big things? Looking back on many things we hopefully see the folly of our despair and learn not to waste energy on such things again. I know people that see everything as a huge disaster aimed at them by everyone involved. Woe is me is the cry. I am not diminishing anyone's pain but focusing on it and not trying to rise above it helps nobody. Yes there are huge things that come are way but all things are not huge but we sure can inflate them to be. Next time you are in this type of place, stop and pray as soon as you recognize where you are and speak to our savior, he,s right where he always is and has been. He never leaves you, we forget to stay near him. Think about it...
Joh 6:35-40 Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. But I said unto you, that ye have seen me, and yet believe not. All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I am come down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the will of him that sent me, that of all that which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.
For this is the will of my Father, that every one that beholdeth the Son, and believeth on him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
Heb 11:1
Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, a conviction of things not seen.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your patience with a bunch of folk like us. Lord, forgive our self absorption. Forgive us when we wallow in rough stuff. Lord, we try to follow and have faith in all things so we ask for a quick sight of what is really happening so we don't miss out on blessings because we are being selfish. Lord we honor and bless your name, in Jesus name amen
Great morning! How are we faithing? It's fixin to be time to start the spring mowing season! Yard work, clean up etc. So now you are whining about it already? Change your mindset. Look at it as a time to be alone with God. Like most chores, the actual activity may be boring, tedious, sapping, but so what? Again, it's time alone with God, it'll be good for you after a lazy winter of not many physical chores. Our mind set can be an enemy to our own well being. Changing it away from drudgery to exuberance makes a huge difference. I know for me, I can't wait to mow because of that alone uninterrupted time with God. As these spring cleaning/chores begin, remind yourself to ask God for peace and clarity so you get it all done and grow closer to him. You will be pleasantly surprised how much you enjoy these things!
Col 3:17
And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
1Co 10:31
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
1Th 5:16-22
Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you-ward. Quench not the Spirit; despise not prophesyings; prove all things; hold fast that which is good; abstain from every form of evil.
Remember Patty Vincent...Beula Burke...the Fulfers
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the ability to work. Thank you for chores that enable me to be alone with you. Thank you for our health that lets us do these things. Lord we lift those mentioned, help them see truth and peace in all you have for them. Help our mindsets seek good and not even let the down side enter in. Lord we love and honor you, in Jesus name, amen
Good morning! How are we faithing? It sure can seem quite overwhelming when trials and troubles come our way. When these things happen, we ought to pause for a time to reflect, analyze and reestablish our connection to the Lord if it is wavering. Things can shake us up but should never ever thing we have lost our salvation if we profess Jesus as the Christ. Don't fall for that age old ploy of the enemy. You may screw up and you may even cause some things to happen because of mistakes made but Jesus said that no one can snatch us away so when those trials come, face the trial and don't look at stuff that isn't involved. Don't try to hide anything from God because we can't. Be quick to repent once you realize a mistake because when we do that and seek Jesus' face the control no longer abides in the sin but the redeemer. That is cool man!
1Co 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that ye may be able to endure it.
2Th 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and guard you from the evil one.
Joh 10:29-30
My Father, who hath given them unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are one.
Great morning! How are we faithing? We saw 2 come to the Lord last night! We are seeing the out pouring of the Holy Spirit so get ready for a revival like you've never seen. Also expect to see the enemy react with reckless abandon cause he's ticked and his time is short. Prophecy tells us what to look for, warns of deceiving eyes and sets a time line for last days events. Satan being the father of lies means we had better be on top of scripture so we can compare what we see to what God has said. If you think abstract you can come up with scenarios that fool even the elect. What would you do if all of a sudden a huge spacecraft appears in the sky? Would you dismiss everything you know as true today? What if Yellowstone Parks super volcano erupted, tossed us in a nuclear winter so to speak and kaos ensued? What if terrorists got a hold of some nuclear bombs and wiped out a few cities? Would you retract back to pre salvation mode because people were saying "a just God wouldn't let this happen"? By no means is this meant to scare you but for you to be completely aware that we must be in the Word or we could get caught up in stuff we never intended to. Be wise as Solomon. Be gentle as Jesus. Be reliant on the Holy Spirit to guide you. Our Father has warned us through his prophets and the written Word is right before us so we are not caught unaware. Our eyes and ears are suspect and we are seeing and hearing lies if what we see and hear is contrary to scripture.
Psa 83:1-18 A Song, a Psalm of Asaph. O God, keep not thou silence: Hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult; And they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
Thy take crafty counsel against thy people, And consult together against thy hidden ones.
They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; That the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
For they have consulted together with one consent; Against thee do they make a covenant:
The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagarenes;
Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre:
Assyria also is joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selah.
Do thou unto them as unto Midian, As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon;
Who perished at Endor, Who became as dung for the earth.
Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb; Yea, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna;
Who said, Let us take to ourselves in possession The habitations of God.
O my God, make them like the whirling dust; As stubble before the wind.
As the fire that burneth the forest, And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire,
So pursue them with thy tempest, And terrify them with thy storm.
Fill their faces with confusion, That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah.
Let them be put to shame and dismayed for ever; Yea, let them be confounded and perish;
That they may know that thou alone, whose name is Jehovah, Art the Most High over all the earth.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your love and wisdom that is in your Word. Open our eyes and ears to deception. Reveal truth to us and help us be courageous . Lord we thank you for your saving grace that holds us in your arms. Help us be quick to forgive and protect us from the lies of the enemy. We lift those new members of your flock. Protect them while they seek to come closer to you! Lord we do praise your name and do desire to be servants worthy of your grace. Surround us with angels that ward off the fiery darts and arrows in this war. In Jesus name, amen
Good morning! How are we faithing? The hectic times we live in can take over our life to the point we miss out or plain stop paying attention to the real truth we garner from the Word of God. Failing to get that input daily can be devastating if something comes our way and we fail to recognize it as a fiery dart from the enemy. As we don the armor of God every day we must be diligent about never lowering or failing to even put it on. The more we seek God in his Word the more we find him in situations that come. Our God is the one who is consistent in his Word. Our God doesn't forget, slip up or ever get to busy so it stands to reason that we ought to at least speak/pray to him constantly and always desire to learn. The Word tells us to pray without ceasing. The word tells us Jesus is steadfast and ever present. The Word tells us no one can snatch us out of his hand so it makes total sense for us to want to learn more and be in constant communication with him. Start today with just one verse, it'll grow from there...
Psa 40:2-4 He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay; And he set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: Many shall see it, and fear, And shall trust in Jehovah. Blessed is the man that maketh Jehovah his trust, And respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
Jas 1:19-20
Ye know this, my beloved brethren. But let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Heb 4:12
For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Good morning! How are we faithing? We've been talking about errant thoughts and how they effect our walk. I do not want to give the enemy any credit but we do need to be aware of who and what our enemy is. Check this out;
2Co 11:14
And no marvel; for even Satan fashioneth himself into an angel of light.
Gen 3:1
Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which Jehovah God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of any tree of the garden?
Rev 12:9
And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him
2Co 2:11
that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
And this that we've seen many times before;
1Pe 5:8-9
Be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour, whom withstand stedfast in your faith, knowing that the same sufferings are accomplished in your brethren who are in the world.
Good morning! How are we faithing? Dealing with thought processes that we deal with daily falls under a couple of categories. One is necessary and one is not. What do I mean? The category that twists things or over indulges things is unnecessary and the one that solves problems or enlightens are necessary. Thoughts that enterthat cause an epiphany for example are useful but thoughts that cause selfish lusts can destroy. Satan cannot read minds but he sure can use words spoken against us. Why do you think cursing is so dangerous? Why is it called cursing? You speak a curse! Not witches and cauldrons and stuff but when you have an errant thought, speak errant vile things, you set in motion a curse that the enemy can feed on. You have just opened a door a little for the enemy to step through. Ever have those,"I'll get him for that" type of mumbles? Ever notice when you say junk like that you get angrier? Think about what you speak from those thoughts that fly by you today. Guys, those comments made about that pretty girl that just walked by, think about em, what have you just done? Is it good or bad? Just give this some thought....
Luk 6:28
bless them that curse you, pray for them that despitefully use you.
Rom 12:14
Bless them that persecute you; bless, and curse not.
1Th 5:15-18
See that none render unto any one evil for evil; but always follow after that which is good, one toward another, and toward all. Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you-ward.
