Volunteered on the Fillmore Fire Department for eight years. I worked with the rescue boat in Port Washington for about a year. They required an EMT certification. I began my first corporation at 23, which became Interstate Ambulance Inc. We equipped it with extrication equipment and became full rescue.

I left the ambulance company and began an elder group home and handicap transportation. Enjoyed serving others for many years. I recently decided to follow my dream and become the cartoonist I always wanted to be.
