What kind of bow does everyone out there use. I have a Fred Bear Instinct, shooting 70 lbs during season but 60lbs for target, Gold Tip Pro Hunter arrows, Muzzy 100 grain 4 blade heads, Trophey Ridge sight, Cobra release, with a Quikke quiver.

I never turkey hunted until last year. My third trip I got a turkey with 9 1/2 inch beard and no spurs. Is this a jake he weighed 24 pounds or was it a tom with no spurs?

Ok, big news. You may have seen my post about the Web Site a fellow firefighter and I set up. averagejoesbowhunting.com Check it out. sign up. enter the contest. Anyhow. My coworker was the Archery manager at the Coon Rapids MN Sportsmans Wharehouse store, well there going out of business. We are attempting to get the Bowtech dealership that Sportsmans had. We want to open Average Joes Archery. Anyone a business owner that can give me some advise? Exciting and scary at the same time. With the economy the way it is. Stay safe. Mac

I just got a martin bow with a sight I havve never used before. It is the kind you can loosen a nut and move your in up and down for distance. Not sure if I will like it. Anyone else got one/ had one/ used one? WHat are your thoughts on it?
